Hello everyone ! Have a glance at the content of my blog.
The blog is basically a self development blog. Self development includes every minute part of your life, every single habit, every single principle that drives you the way you are going right now, every cause for what you do and even as simple habit as brushing your teeth twice a day (I will write an article on how a simple habit can really affect your life, don’t forget to read, this will be very interesting). So basically self development includes everything that keeps THE DISTANCE between who you are and what you want you to be …
Secondly, the blog will contain a lot of posts regarding fitness, because fitness is one of the most important supporting wheel of the vehicle named - “Self Development“! Another genre of my content will be THE BRAIN, THE THINKING, THE PSYCHOLOGY which is I think is the engine of the vehicle named - Self Development.
The goal of self development for me in terms of some definition will be -” I want every tomorrow better than today in few particular listed aspects of my life “ Now what this listed aspects should include depends completely on me - mostly the list will include the weak aspects of my life that I want to improve at. Now this can happen that may be you would not be knowing your weak zones, so now your list should include this point and your every tomorrow should let you know some weak zones of yourself to fill up the list again for a better tomorrow again ;-) ! That’s a little tricky but it’s very practical … Remember, finding the WEAK parts of yourself is a very STRONG point.
You can relate the above situation with the following -
“ The current goal of my life is to set a goal ! “ … Sounds funny right , but it makes quite a sense to me (Will write a separate post on this ) . Stay tuned for the next post.

          Self-motivation           I f you'll google the benefits of being fit, you will get to read thousands of lines. A number of researches and surveys have been done and still many are going on, and this data gives you a clear idea about the advantages of being fit and healthy. So very briefly I am going to write down some benefits of being in good health. Improves Immune System Improves agility, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, etc Reduces the risk of cardiovascular diseases or Lung disorders  Reduces anxiety, stress, etc A better personality           So these are the few benefits which have been confirmed by the researchers in the world. # WHERE WINNERS MAKE DIFFERENCE !!

Everyone wants to see themselves at a position of their dreams after a certain period of time . Everybody wants to be a better version of themselves which they imagine to be. And that is what the definition of self-development talks about - every tomorrow should come up with a better version of yourself than the version you are living today. And actually, that is what life is about! Mostly, you will find youngsters of age 16 to 30 with some extraordinary dreams in life. Some of them have their journeys or career well defined, while some of them haven't found their path yet but, they have one thing in common - " I WANT TO DO SOMETHING IN MY LIFE ". Haven't you heard this sentence from a youngster ??! ... But the fact is that everyone doesn't reach to the destiny he aims at ... And obviously, if everyone will be able to reach their destiny then success won't taste that sweet(We'll have a talk on this later ...
